Asphalt Paving/Maintenance
We specialize in parking lots (commercial and industrial), driveways, golf cart paths and more. New paving or overlay depending on the application needed.
Asphalt is a necessary service to help maintain drives and parking lots until resurfacing is inevitable. Potholes, cracking, rutting and shoving of asphalt typically all require asphalt patching and repair of the base material.
Sealcoating/Striping
Double the life of Asphalt Pavement with Sealcoating.
Scheduled sealcoat maintenance can extend the life of your asphalt by 20-30 years! The cost of sealcoating is pennies per square foot and always saves you money in the long run.
- Resists gas and oils which soften, weaken and destroy asphalt pavement.
- Seals against moisture accumulations in blacktop which can severely damage pavements under the “freeze-thaw” cycle.
- Shields against the drying action of the sun which causes raveling and cracking of the pavement and allows water penetration
- Beautifies asphalt pavements by providing a charcoal black color which gives the pavement a rich, new-look appearance.

Concrete Services
At Hare Paving and Contracting, we also specialize in concrete services including concrete paving, curb and gutter, storm inlets, sidewalks & drives, loading docks, boat ramps, decorative sawcut concrete, and other site concrete services.
Curb & Gutter
In 2017, we purchased the Power Curber 5700-C curb machine equipped with the Topcon Millimeter GPS stringless machine control system. Since the majority of the site contractors we work with utilize 3D GPS earthmoving equipment to perform their work, we thought it would give us an advantage to also equip our machine with the Topcon Millimeter GPS System. We are able to utilize the same 3D model that site contractors use, which in turn translates into accuracy and efficiency.
Another advantage of the Topcon Millimeter GPS stringless system is the cost savings to owners/site contractors. The use of this stringless system minimizes or eliminates layout by survey crews to stake out for traditional stringline installation of curb and gutter. Among other advantages, the 5700-C can get in and out of tight spots quickly, making radius work and parking lot jobs much easier.
